The health research team behind ENCOURAGE aims to support individuals in making incremental changes at work, promoting increased energy levels, better cardiovascular health, and improved overall lifestyle.

A sustainable approach to long-term health transcends simple reminders for physical activity or nutrition. ENCOURAGE employs evidence-based behaviour change strategies designed to effectively reduce sedentary time during the workday. Research has demonstrated that decreasing idle periods—distinct from merely increasing exercise—can lead to:
